What does it do?

  • It takes a PPT/PPTX file and lets you choose the target:
    • PDF (for sharing/printing/reading)
    • Image (slide by slide PNG/JPG)
    • Video (MP4, slideshow)
  • Works either individually or in bulk:
    • Multiple slide image output → download as ZIP
    • Multiple file conversion → ZIP packaging (optional)

Supported input formats

  • .PPTX (modern PowerPoint)
  • .PPT (old PowerPoint)

Output formats and options

1) PowerPoint > PDF

Converts the presentation into a fixed document that “looks the same on every device”.

PDF output modes

  • Standard PDF (slides): Each slide is one page
  • Notes PDF (Speaker Notes): Slide + speaker notes on the same page
  • Handout PDF: 2/3/4/6/9 slides on one page (for reports/distribution)

PDF settings

  • Page size: A4 / Letter
  • Orientation: Portrait / Landscape
  • Fit: Fit slide to page / maintain margins
  • (Optional) “Preserve links” and “keep text selectable” approach

When to use PDF?

  • Sending to clients
  • Printing and archiving
  • Ending the “they can’t open the presentation” problem

2) PowerPoint > Image (PNG/JPG)

Converts each slide into a separate image file. The most commonly used output: social media, marketing images, uploading to the web, sharing the presentation piece by piece.

Supported image formats

  • PNG: clarity + transparent background possibility (generally best quality)
  • JPG: smaller file (practical for sharing and email)

Image output settings

  • Resolution: 720p / 1080p / 1440p / 4K (preset)
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9 / 4:3 (depending on the presentation)
  • Quality: (for JPG) quality percentage
  • File naming:
    • presentation-001.png, presentation-002.png …
  • Download:
    • Download individually
    • All → Download ZIP (standard)

When to use Image?

  • Sharing slides on Instagram/LinkedIn like a carousel
  • Putting the presentation visually on a webpage
  • Sending “individual slides” to teams that don’t use PowerPoint

3) PowerPoint > Video (MP4)

Converts the presentation into a slideshow video. Ideal for training, onboarding, product demonstrations, advertising/presentation video format.

Video output

  • MP4 (most compatible video format)

Video settings (critical part)

  • Resolution: 720p / 1080p / 4K
  • Frame rate (FPS): 24 / 30 / 60 (optional)
  • Slide duration:
    • “Each slide X seconds” (e.g., 5 sec)
    • “Use transition times in the presentation” (if any)
  • Transition/animation behavior:
    • Reflect simple transitions in the video (if possible)
    • For complex animations, use a “flatten” approach (render like an image) (for realistic expectations)

Audio options (if any)

  • If there is embedded audio in the presentation: include it in the video
  • If there is external voiceover: include it
  • If there is no audio: silent MP4

When to use Video?

  • Making the presentation “viewable content” via WhatsApp/YouTube/Drive
  • Sharing training or product demonstrations in a single file
  • Delivering content to an audience that “doesn’t know how to open the presentation”

How to use? (single interface flow)

  1. Upload PPT/PPTX
  2. Select target:
  • PDF
  • Image (PNG/JPG)
  • Video (MP4)
  1. Select settings according to target:
  • PDF: standard / notes / handout + A4/orientation
  • Image: PNG/JPG + resolution + (JPG quality)
  • Video: MP4 + resolution + slide durations + (audio)
  1. Convert → download (ZIP for multiple outputs)

Realistic expectation notes (reduces support burden)

  • Font differences: If the font used in the presentation is not available on the device, the appearance may change; the safest output is PDF/video/image.
  • Animations: Not every animation may appear exactly like in the video; this depends on PowerPoint’s rendering logic. Therefore, position it as “the video output produces the visible state of the presentation”.
  • Notes/handout: Notes PDF and handout PDF are especially valuable in corporate presentation distribution.

FAQ

Will my presentation get distorted when I convert to PDF?

Generally, the most stable output is PDF. There may be slight deviations due to font/effect sources, but it is the most accurate format for the goal of “looks the same everywhere”.

Can I download the slides individually as images?

Yes. Each slide will be a separate PNG/JPG; bulk download is done via ZIP.

How long will each slide stay when making a video?

You can choose a fixed duration for each slide; or you can use the timing/transitions from the presentation (if any).

Can I get a Notes PDF?

Yes. In “Notes PDF” mode, speaker notes will be output together with the slides.
