Delivery and Return Conditions

1) Delivery of the Service (Digital Performance)

The service offered through Tools1984 is a digital service that does not have physical delivery. When the purchase/activation process is completed, the relevant package and premium features are assigned to your user account and the service is considered to be performed digitally.

2) Free and Paid Usage Structure

• Premium tools: The first 7 days are offered as a limited free trial.
• Paid period: After the trial period, the premium service continues as paid for 30 days (depending on the package you choose).
• Other tools: Non-premium tools can be used unlimited.

3) Cancellation (Subscription/Plan Termination)

The user can cancel their premium plan at any time. In case of cancellation:

• Premium access may continue until the end of the current period or may end at the end of the period depending on your package structure.
• Cancellation does not refund charges for the past period.

4) Return and Refund Policy

Tools1984 premium services are considered as immediately performed digital services. In this context:

• After the paid period has started, no refund will be made even if canceled.
• No returns will be made on the grounds of “I am not satisfied.” The reason for this is that a limited free trial for the first 7 days is offered for premium tools, giving the user the opportunity to evaluate the service before purchase.
• The user accepts that the right of withdrawal may fall within the scope of exceptions as stipulated in the legislation regarding digital services upon activation of premium access/performance.
