What does the ACE Converter do?
The ACE archive format is an old format that is not directly supported by many systems today. This tool .ace opens the file, extracts its content, and repackages the same files into the target format repackaging them. So, the “conversion” is actually a safe repack flow: ACE → extract → (ZIP/7Z/TAR/…) repack.

FAQ
Can encrypted ACE be converted?
If ACE requires a password, you need to enter the password first; otherwise, extraction cannot be performed.
Does the size always decrease?
No. The target format and content type change the size. The main value is often “compatibility” and “correct ecosystem format”.
