Trendyol Cargo Fee & Desi Control Tool (DHL, Trendyol Express, Other Partnered Cargo)

What does this tool solve?

The biggest money leak on the cargo side comes from two places:

1. Discrepancies in the fees charged per order with contracted cargo fees
2. Different charges for the outgoing desi and the return desi (e.g. 2 desi went, 3 desi returned) or disruption of desi-price matching.

This tool automatically reconciles cargo deductions using the “Order Records” Excel; it shows differences one by one, calculates the total impact, and produces a clear report that you can present to the cargo company.

How does it work? (2 accordion flows on the homepage)

1) Define cargo prices (Accordion 1)

• Ready options:
  • DHL Cargo
  • Trendyol Express
  • Other Cargo
• For each cargo:
  • Desi and Price are entered (your agreement table).
• Other Cargo can be added unlimitedly:
  • A new line is opened with “+”
  • Cargo name is written
  • Desi + price is defined
• The purpose of this screen: To provide the “correct” agreement fee matrix to the system.

Then, the Save / Continue activates Accordion 2.

2) Upload Order Records Excel (Accordion 2)

• Multiple Excels can be uploaded simultaneously.
• The system reads the files, merges the orders, and analyzes them.

What checks does it perform?

A) Agreement – deduction compliance

• According to the cargo company and desi information in the order line, the “required fee” is calculated.
• It is compared with the “charged/applied cargo fee” in Excel.
• Result:
  • Matches (OK)
  • Different charges (Difference amount + percentage)
  • Missing data / unmatched rule (e.g. no desi definition, cargo name written differently, etc.)

B) Return outgoing-return desi difference analysis

• In returned orders:
  • Outgoing desi is compared with return desi.
  • Cases like “2 desi went – 3 desi returned” are flagged.
• Additionally, the fee charged on the return is checked against the agreement table for amount control.

C) Company-based and total impact report

• Based on DHL / Trendyol Express / Other cargo(s):
  • Total number of orders
  • Number of orders with discrepancies
  • Total excess deduction / total missing deduction
  • Most frequently seen discrepancy desis
• Thus, it clarifies not just “looking one by one” but where the money is going.

What output does it provide?

• Order-based discrepancy list: order number, cargo company, desi, expected fee, charged fee, difference, return status
• Summary table: total discrepancy by cargo company
• Special return list: those with different outgoing-return desi and their monetary impact
